At XL8, I joined a Silicon Valley team building an AI-powered subtitle editing platform used by real customers. I contributed to a React/Redux-based web editor and helped maintain a Draft.js subtitle editor.

I implemented UI/UX improvements for editing flows, fixed edge cases in subtitle alignment and timeline syncing, and collaborated with backend engineers to adjust APIs.

This experience taught me how production-scale React applications are structured, how teams manage releases and code reviews, and how product decisions balance customer feedback with technical constraints.

At WIPS, I participated in the development of a new in-house CRM system, implementing customer management screens and data retrieval features using Vue.js.

I worked closely with the planning and infrastructure teams through weekly meetings to gather requirements, reflect real-world feedback into UI improvements, and perform basic maintenance tasks.

This experience gave me hands-on exposure to the full product development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and iteration based on user feedback.
